First Day of School ~

The students were very excited to be back to school.  Here are some of the pictures of the students in the morning before classes started.

Welcome Back BBQ ~

The annual Welcome Back BBQ was held last Wednesday, Sept. 5.  It was wonderful to see so many families out and to have an opportunity to chat with so many of you. Thanks for coming out.

And a great big 'THANK YOU' to the PTA for the BBQ.  The hot dogs and hamburgers were delicious!

School Council & PTA ~

The Annual General Meeting was held after the Welcome Back BBQ.  Thank you to all the parents that stayed for the meeting.

Classroom Blogs ~

If your child has moved on to a new class but you are still receiving the blog from your child's past teacher you will need to unsubscribe to the past teacher's blog.  If you are not receiving the automatic feed to either your child's teacher's blog or the school news, please stop in at the office and we will help you out.  

Student Accident Insurance ~

For information regarding Student Accident Insurance please click here. If you are having trouble accessing this site please let us know at the office and we can send home a paper copy for you.

Gr. 5/6 Fundraiser ~

The Gr. 5/6 class is now selling the ADmazing Savings Coupon books.  Each book costs $20.  If you do not have a child in Gr. 5/6 but would like a Coupon Book, please contact Mrs. Martinoff or Mrs. Austin at the school.

Book Orders ~

The first set of book orders went home last week with your child.  The book orders for September are due on Thursday, Sept. 15th.  

Staff Planning & Development Day ~

There is no school on Friday, September 16th as it is the Black Gold Annual Staff Welcome Back in the morning and a Staff Planning and Development Day in the afternoon.
