Welcome Back. I hope everyone had a enjoyable and restful Christmas Vacation.

Mark Your Calendar

School Assembly ~

The first assembly of the New Year will be held on Wednesday, January 11th at 8:30 a.m.  If your child is being recognized at the assembly their teacher will let you know.

Everyone is welcome to attend the assembly.

Early Dismissal ~

Early Dismissal will be on Wednesday, January 11th. Dismiss is at 2:30 pm.

Parent Council/ PTA Meeting ~

The Parent Council/PTA Meeting will be held on Monday, January 16th at 6:30.  All parents are encouraged to attend.

Boys' Basketball Tournament ~

The Boys' Basketball Tournament will be held on Friday, January 20th and Saturday, January 21st in Beaumont.  More specific details will be provided at a later date.  

A special 'Thank You' to Miss Richards for coaching the boys' team!

Girls' Basketball Tournament ~

The Girls' Basketball Tournament will be held on Friday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th at Calmar Elementary School.  More specific details will be provided at a later date.

A special 'Thank You' to Mrs LaGrandeur for coaching the girls' team.  

Skiing ~ 

The Gr. 3 - 6 students will be hitting the slopes for their final skiing outing on Tuesday, January 24th.  All students are encouraged to participate as this is part of their Phys. Ed program.  If participating in this activity is a financial difficulty please phone or stop in at the school to speak to me as special arrangements can be made.  It is our goal to be able to introduce the students to a variety of activities and experiences.

Jersey Day ~

Wear your favourite jersey to school on Thursday, January 26th.  This year, the student and staff participation in our theme days has been fantastic.  Keep it up!  

No School ~

There will be no school on Tuesday, January 31 as this is a Staff Professional Development Day.
